Hello curious

I am Geit, a photographer from a small European country called Estonia. I have been involved in photography my whole life, it seems to me that capturing life has been one of the reasons why I was born here.

Understanding the world and people is a big part of my life's journey, I have independently and dedicatedly studied both human nature and the invisible part of the world. Why we are the way we are and what is "life" anyway. It doesn't matter whether I am a security guard in a pub, a caregiver in a psychiatric clinic or deeply in an esoteric sect. The passion to understand and, if possible, capture life has accompanied me all my life.

My first acquaintance with cameras came from my father, who, like me, is a curious photographer. I remember moments from childhood, when he got a new camera and needed to test it, we went out into nature together to look for moments to capture. It might also be in the blood, because his father, my grandfather, was also a passionate photographer.

For me, Life is like a river, constantly changing. It can be incredibly beautiful and devastatingly sad at the same time, and if I don't capture those moments, they are lost forever. But the value of captured moments is immense. I realized that when I saw a photo that rekindled my desire to live. Now I am a moment hunter to share life as I see it.
